Our third year here! We come every year in the summer holidays. We love the beautiful walks on the doorstep with the dog, to see the beautiful horses. We’ve had a days out in Burley, Lyndhurst and several trips to the nearby coast. We recommend Lepe and Highcliffe beaches. The New Forest and the Old Chapel are our second home.Thank you as always to Angela for being a wonderful host.

What a wonderful stay we had here! Wish we could stay longer. We have taken a bike ride through Brockenhurst, had a day out in Mudeford surrounded by the iconic beach huts. Been to Swanage via the Sandbanks chain ferry and lost of lovely meals in the local Hare and Hounds. Come rain or shine, this lovely property has everything we need & more! Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back.

Thank you for everything! We’ve enjoyed our stay in the Old Chapel very much. It is a beautiful place, full of history. The whole place outside is beautiful with the nice flowers and everything. We haven’t missed anything. We also enjoyed the whole of the New Forest and the Isle of Wight.

This is our 2nd visit to The Old Chapel and it is as lovely as ever. The location is perfect for visiting so much of the New Forest and great for dog walking. If you like walking we would really recommend downloading the New Forest Walks app – the walk around Brockenhurst is our favourite. The Old Chapel has everything you need for your stay and even though we were here during some of the hottest weather (ever!) it stayed cool. Looking forward to our next visit!

We had a lovely few days at the old chapel with our cavapoo and 6 month old baby. The space has been lovingly restored and the big windows make it very light and airy. The bed was so comfy and the little touches like games and books were great. Angela was an excellent host very responsive with any queries and the location was just perfect for exploring the forest. We would love to return.

The Old Chapel is the perfect place to stay. Very well appointed, stylish and comfortable within a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful New Forest. Angela was extremely quick to respond and very helpful. We definitely want to stay again.

Angela's place was the perfect spot for a short trip to the New Forest. The Old Chapel was very well located and was within walking distance of the Hare & Hounds pub the old Chapel was very comfortable and had all the things you needed. We had our small dog with us and the courtyard was a god send. I have to say the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. I would definitely recommend this lovely place, lots of lovely walks and places to visit. On our last day we went into sway village and had breakfast at the one and only cafe in the village and the breakfast was amazing, the staff very friendly and last but not least thank you Angela for being a lovely host, it makes a big difference.
